Employer Relations
The Employer Relations program is a program that partners Palm Beach County employers with the affiliated HCA Palm Beach Hospitals. It is designed to promote wellness and to educate your employees on health awareness and health issues.
Employer Relations will come to your place of business and conduct full health fairs, individual health screenings or lectures to make your employees more aware of health issues or to consider taking preventative measures that will keep them out of their physicians' office.
Employer Relations provides the following screenings:
- Blood Pressure
- Glucose
- Cholesterol
- Pulmonary
- Pulse Oximetry
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Bone Density
We can also provide information booth's or lectures on the following:
- Diabetes Nutrition
- Sleep Disorders
- Depression
- Substance Abuse
- Healthy Lives Healthy Families - (Health Screen Wellness Profile)
- H2U - Health, Happiness, You (helps 50+ year olds to live healthier & more fulfilling lives)
We can provide lectures on ANY health related topics. Some other suggested lectures are:
- Stress Management
- Importance of Diet & Excercise
- Cardiology - Blood pressure and cholesterol awareness
- Breast Cancer Awareness
