Critical Care Services
Our 14 bed Critical Care Unit accepts all critically ill patients including surgical, medical, cardiac and neurological patients. The large private rooms are equipped with Phillips MP-70 monitoring systems along with Hill-rom total care beds.
The Critical Care Unit provides 12 hour intensivist coverage to coordinate the care and treatment of the patients. The intensivists and nurse work collaboratively to make sure the patients and families needs are met.
Visiting hours in ICU are as follows:
- 8:30 am to 10:30am
- 12:00 pm to 1:30pm
- 5:00pm to 6:30pm
- 8:00pm to 8:30pm
We kindly request that only two people visit at a time and children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the Critical Care Unit. We also ask that one family member is designed as the spokesperson for the family and all communication with the physicians and nurses be facilitated through this person.
