Pediatric Rehab Center
Palms West Outpatient Rehabilitation and Aquatic Center offers quality rehabilitation services for infants, toddlers, and children of all ages. Our staff, which consist of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, collaborate with one anohter to ensure the best care for each child.
Our center is one of only a few in Palm Beach County to offer pediatric aquatic therapy for children who may benefit from the therapeutic properties of water.
Physical Therapy
Our Physical Therapists provide a wide range of interventions to maximize each child's functional mobility. Children are treated by therapists with extensive backgrounds in pediatric rehabilitation. We have the expertise, resources, and compassion to treat a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Occupational Therapy
Our Occupatioanl therapists teach children to perform daily living skills. A variety of treatment approaches are utilized to achieve the therapy goals. Adjunct to treatment may include adaptive equipment and/or fabrication of splints.
Speech Therapy
The Speech-Language Therapist at the center can diagnose and establish treatment plans for infants, toddlers, and children. Our Speech Therapist has the clinical expertise to treat speech, auditory processing, swallowing, and many other related problems.
Scope Of Care
Assisting children in achieving all that is possible in their lives is the motivation for our pediatric therapists. Our center utilizes an interdisciplinary approach and treat a variety of problems.
